EP 003 Unravelling the drama of anxiety
In this episode, I discuss anxiety and its impact on individuals and society.
I talk about how anxiety is a prevalent issue affecting various aspects of people's lives, such as parenting, careers, and the global impact of events like COVID-19.
I share my personal experience of living with anxiety for many years without realizing it and highlight the misconception that anxiety is a permanent part of one's identity, emphasising that it is possible to live without anxiety and discuss the need to change both circumstances and personal narratives to overcome anxiety.
I explore the tools you can use to overcome anxiety and acknowledge that anxiety is a normal human response in certain situations but finding ways to release and manage anxiety when it becomes excessive or pervasive is also possible. Overall, the episode aims to provide tools and techniques for reducing anxiety and delve into the anxiety inducing drama of my own experiences.
I encourage you to reach out with your own topics and stories for potential inclusion on the podcast.
